Kate Fronda
I am a COSRT-Accredited and BACP-Accredited Psychosexual Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Counselling Tutor, and EMDR Practitioner with 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples struggling with sexual and relationship difficulties. I have a real passion for the work I do and am committed to helping individuals and couples work through their issues in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
I work with clients struggling to rebuilding intimacy in a relationship, survivors of rape, sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse and hypersexuality. I am kink-positive and take a respectful sex-positive approach to compulsive sexual behaviours and pornography use. I also work with a variety of sexual dysfunctions including loss of desire/mismatched libidos, Genito-pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and delayed ejaculation.
I have a keen interest in working with clients with a physical disability or issues with mobility. I work in a fully inclusive way, supporting all forms of gender, relationship, and sexual diversity.
Seeking a psychosexual therapist can feel a difficult and sometimes shameful first step. However, I strongly believe that everyone deserves positive connection and intimacy, in whatever form that may take. Whilst this process involves your commitment, honesty both with yourself and with me, and a genuine desire to change, you will find me approachable, warm and straightforward, offering an empathic and caring space for you to explore your sense of sexual self, understand past influences, and work towards finding new ways to approach this aspect of your life.

I am a BACP Accredited Therapist and Clinical Supervisor offering counselling with a warm, genuine, and relational approach, where our therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the work we do together. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel truly heard and accepted. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace—without pressure or expectation.
With 14 years of experience working with children and young people in the NHS, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals at different stages of life. I work with both adults and young people across a range of issues, supporting them in overcoming emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, and past experiences that may be affecting their present well-being.
Alongside my therapeutic practice, I am also a Counselling Diploma Tutor, committed to training and mentoring the next generation of therapists.
I have worked with many individuals struggling with distress around sex, intimacy, and their sense of self within relationships. Whether related to past trauma, identity exploration, difficulties with intimacy, or relationship dynamics, I offer a compassionate and informed approach to help clients navigate these deeply personal challenges.
I am passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming, and respectful space for all individuals. I welcome people of diverse ages, genders, sexualities, identities, relationships, lifestyles, and practices, ensuring that therapy is a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported in your unique journey. My particular area of specialism is psychosexual therapy, having gained a Level 5 COSRT-Accredited Certificate in Psychosexual Therapy.
If you are looking for a space to explore, heal, and grow, I would be honored to work alongside you.

I
I am a BACP-accredited therapist offering counselling for adults and adolescents in a compassionate, non-judgmental space. With a warm and collaborative approach, I support clients in navigating difficult emotions, relationships, and past experiences, helping them find clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
Life’s challenges—such as anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or unresolved trauma—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I offer short, medium, and long-term therapy, working at a pace that feels right for you.
My integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic models to provide tailored support. With six years of experience, I have a particular focus on trauma recovery, especially in relation to sexual trauma and psychosexual difficulties. Holding a Level 5 COSRT Accredited Certificate in Psychosexual Therapy, I have worked extensively with individuals to process the profound impact of sexual trauma on emotional well-being, relationships, and self-perception.
Trauma can affect how we feel in our bodies, how we relate to others, and our sense of safety, trust, and connection. I support clients dealing with the emotional and psychological effects of trauma, including trust and intimacy difficulties, sexual distress, self-esteem issues, shame, and the impact of past abuse on present relationships. My approach helps clients reclaim their sense of self and explore sexuality in a way that feels safe and empowering.
Healing is a deeply personal journey, and I integrate trauma-informed therapy, psychodynamic exploration, somatic and body-based approaches, mindfulness, cognitive strategies, and attachment-focused therapy to meet each individual’s needs.
I believe healing is not about ‘fixing’ yourself—it’s about reclaiming self-trust, empowerment, and peace in a way that feels authentic to you.
